With so many websites calling themselves a scanning service bureau around the world, here are a few tell tale signs if you should consider moving on to partnering with Generation Imaging, instead of dealing with companies that frustrate you:

1. If you don’t receive an e-mailed quote response back or phone call within the same weekday or- max 24 hours- more than likely the microfilm scanning company is simply a broker or e-mail collector.
